After working in the Long Term Care Industry for over two decades, Deborah felt a new calling that led her into the world of Legal Nurse Consulting. With the completion of a specialized course and an internship under an experienced Legal Nurse Consultant, Deborah was well-prepared to establish her own company and pursue a fulfilling career in this field.

Deborah’s extensive background in healthcare began in 1994 when she started her career as a Registered Nurse in a psychiatric inpatient rehabilitation setting. She transitioned to long-term care in 1998 and, by 2003, had earned her Master’s in Health Care Administration. In 2004, she also obtained her Nursing Home Administrator’s License. Throughout her 22 years in Long Term Care, Deborah developed expertise in Federal and State Regulatory guidelines across multiple states, making her a sought-after educator and resource in the industry.

In addition to her impressive qualifications, Deborah is also certified in Wound Skin Ostomy Management, commonly known as wound care management. This certification further solidifies her expertise in the field, enabling her to provide specialized insight into cases involving wound care. As she steps into the Legal Nurse Consulting business, Deborah brings with her a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, both as a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
